About
This is our many artists’ unique and fun interpretation of two contradictory concepts clashing together into one, like Rebel meets Tradition and East meets West
These artists were specially selected and invited to boost the spirit of our community in this tough time. Their popularity was proven by multi-awards, through store print sales, and contests.
You probably won’t be able to find cool, witty and fun art at this friendly price anywhere else.
So don’t miss it ... we mean it.
* Live DJ and refreshment in opening night

Sol Park Animator, animation movie director. Multi-awarded star artist in Korea. This is her first debut artshow in US. Check out yourself why her art is so much recognized.
I am so excited for my first exhbition in the US. The theme of this artshow, two contractictory concepts combined into one, especially when East Meets West has been one of my all-time favorite themes. When I was first introduced to this artshow by Pop Monster, therefore, I wanted to join immediately. I would like to take this opportunity to feed off of new energy, meet new people and share our thoughts.

I get away with doing a lot of weird things in life because I call myself an artist. It's a very useful title. You can't walk around with a fake mustache if you're a CEO of a corporation or eat fried butter for dinner if you're a gym instructor. But me, I can. I can wear a fake mustache and eat fried butter on a stick and people would not be very surprised. I hate art sometimes, though art only seems to pour its love after countless rejection. I suppose it's time for me to grow up and make a commitment.

Brian Benett Illustrator, web designer His art prints were sold more than any artists at our store.
Being exposed to Hip-Hop and Graffiti Art at an early age; it has always been something of a hidden passion of mine. For those who know me, know that I’m a fun, rarely too serious, positive, creative person, who try’s to inspire and help those whenever I can. I love art, and I love, and respect those who enjoy art as much as I do. Growing up in Southern California, and being exposed to so many different cultures and lifestyles, it has inspired me and my beliefs which are reflected through my artwork.

Grace Alba Illustrator, graphic designer Her retro-meets-modern style best fits to this artshow.
I love any and all things art nouveau with its feminine flourish and organic detail. Japanese culture has a heavy influence on what inspires me visually. My work ethic is heavily defined by an objective design standpoint, but it is usually trumped by my subjective need to find beauty in everything. I find the female form to be most alluring and mysterious and she more often than not finds her way into my work. I highly believe in the Renaissance aesthetic that we must first learn traditional ways before we break all the rules… And I also love chocolate.
